Return Policy
All items must be returned in their original condition, without alterations within 15 calendar days of purchase. We will not be responsible for any charges or fees involved or incurred when returning or exchanging items in your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of abuse, misuse, and/or modification as those will not be resalable. We reserve the right to limit, accept, or deny return requests.

Restocking Fee
We charge a 20% restocking fee on each item returned. The refund amount will be equal to the item(s) price on the invoice minus 20%. Exchanges will be processed as a “return” and subject to the restocking fee.

Special Order Items Policy
Cancelled orders will incur a restocking fee of 20% to cover the cost of ordering the item(s) to our warehouse (shipping, delivery, handling and storage). The refund will be equal to the item(s) price on the invoice minus 20%.
