Policies

PAYMENTS

Orders must be paid for in full before they are prepared for pickup. Acceptable payment methods include credit and debit cards (no additional fees), bank transfer, check, and Zelle. Check payments will have to clear our account prior to the release of products.

 

PICKUP & LOADING

Customers must present a receipt or invoice copy at the time of pick up. We reserve the right to hold the products until proper ownership can be established to prevent fraud. You are responsible for providing a safe and adequate vehicle for transportation and assume full responsibility for pick up and transportation of the products.

 

RETURNS

All items must be returned in their original condition, without alterations within 30 calendar days of purchase. We will not be responsible for any charges or fees involved or incurred when returning or exchanging items in your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of abuse, misuse, and/or modification as those will not be resalable. We reserve the right to limit, accept, or deny return requests.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued upon inspection and approval of the returned or exchanged items in accordance with our Return Policy above.  Refunds may take several days to appear in your account.
