HOW DO I BUY FROM YOU?

- Our showroom is set up with product samples for customers to view prior to purchasing. If you like what you see, you may pay at the sales counter in our showroom. Inventory is stored at our distribution warehouse at 35th Ave & Buckeye Rd. We can arrange a "Will Call" pick up or delivery (extra charge) after the invoice has been paid for.

 

DO YOU DELIVER?

- We can help arrange delivery for an extra fee. The cost varies depending on several factors. It is best to discuss delivery pricing after we know the total number of items on an order and the drop off location.

 

WILL YOU GUYS LOAD MY ORDER?

- Yes, we will load the item(s) for you, but you are solely responsible for securing your item(s) to your vehicle for safe transportation. It is recommended that you bring blankets, furniture pads, rope, straps, and related supplies in case you may need it. Coming unprepared will cause delays in the loading process.

 

DO YOU INSTALL?

- No, we do not provide installation services.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

- Yes, assuming the product is in new condition with original packaging intact and not damaged or modified in any way, shape, or form. Please do so within a 30 day period after the purchase date. It is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements in order to bring the product(s) to our warehouse for the return or exchange. Refunds cannot be processed until we have possession of the product(s).

- Absolutely! We also cater to installers, contractors, home investors, designers, and trade professionals alike.
